Rotten Fruit and veg

I bought avos from them on 11 October 2020. they looked fine from the outside. on monday when we wanted to eat them and opened them, they were rotten and stinking like beer. i notified them and no one even bothered to reply regarding this matter. highly upset regarding this matter
