Company is a ****
**** **** **** we paid these guys R8500 for Legal fees and Debt review but they delivered on NOTHING. they don't give you any update, they never take calls, they hardly in their offices. We've been going back and forth with no success. The "wife" Smangele always try to clean the husband's dirty **** but she too won't help with anything. We've resorted to the Ombudsman and we'll continue fighting for our refund.

They are ****mers !!! They will take money from you and not even deliver on any of the promises they make to clear your debts or help you with repossession or anything, it’s a *****ulent game they are playing! They are *****s , after taking your money they start ignoring you. You will never ever get any response from them!! They have even closed all comments on their social media posts because they know this is what they do to people !!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You will never receive services from them. I consulted for assistance with my credit profile and paid R7800, the agent who assisted me was Andiswa Mkhize who was exellcent in the process however since July I have not received any services from the company, it’s been a back and forth situation as I was told the matter is in court for clearing of the defaults. It’s been 4 months of *******!!! I wrote a review on Google and with the owners arrogance he told me to send the proof of payment as they don’t have my file on record. I shared the proof of payments and a detailed email to them including the form I was asked to fill. He since has not gotten back to me. They’ve let me down but I won’t go down without a fight I will get that money back. We support black business not because of their credibility but because we believe in their services. I’m a really disappointed client and do not recommend this company to anyone.

think twice before joining this company
I'm quite disappointed with the service i have received from Rebirth Legal. after i struggled with getting a consultation that i already paid for . after complaining i received a call from Smangele who told me what i already knew that my credit score is not bad and that there is a default. In order to get it removed i will need to pay about R 6500 or i can even opt to do it myself. she told me she will discuss my complaint with her staff and i must whatssap her a screen shot of my proof of payment and documents sent as she did not receive same. she said i can WhatsApp her once i made a decision on how to proceed . i already made a decision and wanted to inform her .to my surprise , the WhatsApp number she stated was her number, did not work at all. is this the kind of service they provide for their clients? think twice before joining this company . its unfair to pay so much money and get this type of service.

i called this company seeking help. and i was advised that in order to be consulted i need to make a payment of R 630 . the receptionist i spoke too said make an immediate payment so that you can get same day consultation. it has been 4 working days and i still have not received a consultation. i have called their offices every day and now my calls are being ignored. i want my money back . R 600 is a lot of money to just throw away in the ******* bin. never ever go to this company , very unprofessional ,

i called this company seeking help. and i was advised that in order to be consulted i need to make a payment of R 630 . the receptionist i spoke too said make an immediate payment so that you can get same day consultation. it has been 4 working days and i still have not received a consultation. i have called their offices every day and now my calls are being ignored. i want my money back . STAY AWAY. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
They lead you to believe that you only need to pay consultation fee and they will assist you. This is false. Once you pay the consultation fee, they tell you to pay R5,000 for them to stop repossession of your vehicle. I just wasted R850 that was my grocery money. I was told to pay R850 and I will be assisted, no mention of any other costs. Only when I pay do I get a call from "an attorney" stating they can only help if I pay 5K. This is so wrong. They're preying on people that are already struggling and already in a difficult situation. Why not be honest upfront? I would have never wasted my time if I knew there'd be other costs! To top it all off, they go quiet on Whatsapp when you confront them about the dishonesty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ****. They're all over TikTok promoting their services and desperate people like me fall for it. I wonder if all these positive reviews are from real people.
