Worst mosquito system on the market!!!

I bought 2 Mortein NaturGard automatic control systems. I like to keep a spare. I used 1 and it stopped working. I thought batteries flat even if it showed a green light, I replaced batteries but it did not solved the problem. I then start using the spare one. With even original batteries it show green light but stopped working. Now mortein want me to do their trouble shooting. It is one of the worst products I bought in my life and for that matter it was not cheap they cost each R199,99 at Checkers.
