I am so disappointed at Reconnect day spa for our anniversary celebration, little did I know that I was going to be treated we so much unprofessionalism. We arrived on time for our appointment at 12 noon, only to find no one at the Menlo Park branch. The manager (Nhlanhla) called to say that she is not well, I mean she could have called earlier for rescheduling .So I requested for a full refund, filled in the refund form on 28March which stated that they will refund within 7 working days, Still I have not been refunded. I tried contacting them yesterday, no responses on watsapp even when I can see that she is online, please help me to get my money back.
