Solar installations

I’ve had four let downs by solar companies over the years. Fly-by nights, selling and installing below par material etc, overpricing items, grey imports of batteries so no warranties were valid with the importers. It goes on and on and on. Finally, this company wasn’t just talk. They replaced inferior wires(fire hazard) joined wires (really?) and never once did they mud sling their competitors or the ones I was aiming at. From the electrical to the implementation of the #Victron system which incidentally not everyone can program. So if your installer doesn’t know victron. They’re not the installer to use. We had teething problems with the new unit and they were out after hours in the dark sorting it out. A representative travelled 340km Round trip to have a replacement part ready to use. It’s incredible. Almost too good to be true. But there you have it. I waited awhile before posting positive reviews. They simply pass the test all The time. Decent people as well.
