Don't bother getting them to do your line.It never works.Always off and they never respond to anything you send them.im simple terms they are useless.I don't know how the complex i stay in even ended up with such a loser of a service provider.Rubbish.

Red network is the worst service provider ever. The network is down several times and they don't communicate... Service down for more than 12 hrs in Roodepoort. They don't communicate or show up yet we must pay the service provider full premium every month. They must leave the industry to people who can deliver. This is horrible. It's negatively impacting businesses and they don't care

How am I owing for May and req to pay a connection fee when I was connected? And just paid for June? Which number should we use to communicate with Accelerit because all their numbers seem invalid, including the whatsapp number... I just got a reply on whatsapp and Lilly Pillay advised she no longer works for red networks? Suspecting fraud on the rise as far as their concerned, meaning your reputation is a stake too...

Me giving Red networks one star is me being quite generous. You are an absolutely USELESS service provider along with Accelerit Fibre. The network is always down especially on weekends. If you are thinking of signing up with them don't.

is your company still operating because is almost a months waiting for installation ,i tried to Rednetworks on this number 0671485129 but no one is answearing the phone since 04 january, very disapointing below is the respond i got from accelarit "Hi Tshilidzi, Thank you for contacting us; We have been in contact with RedNetworks on when they have scheduled installation and we are still awaiting feedback from them, we will advise once received. A few months ago Red Networks have installed fibre cabels in our complex in Roodepoort for an exlusive use to residents within the complex. We signed up with one of their fibre service providers and received our router. Now Red Networks are saying they are not going to activate the fibre until at least 20 residents in the complex signs up for fibre with one of their internet providers. This is absolute nonsense. Most of the residents are still on contracts with current wifi internet providers and will only be able to join in fibre once their contracts end. How is this fair to the residents who want to have their fibre activated now?
