This is the worst courier company ever. USE THEM AT OWN RISK. They quoted me R6000 to move my stuff from Cape Town to Pretoria and I paid the amount. When moving my stuff they said they found extra things that were not included in the list of things I had when giving me a quote( for contest I moved home for a year before moving my stuff so I forgot what else was there) I apologised and asked if I can add money for the inconvenience. They said I must pay an extra R2500. The extra things were not like sofas or big things it was little things like baby bathtub, baby toy box etc. And I said no the price is too much can they send me a document on how they charge per item to get to that price. They stopped responding on WhatsApp and answering my calls to resolve and reach an agreement. They then gave my things to a secondary moving company (most of my appliances arrived broken) and told the secondary moving company not to offload my things until I paid this new company the balance. Mind you these people don’t even know the drama and they were told they were going to be paid by me. When the driver tries to call red transport they stopped communication with them

This company is a disaster… my shipment has not arrived after 7 days of being collected. Invoice says 2/3 days. Either I am tomd a lie that it will delivered the following day or my emails & call are ignored. You get *********** people answering call who are not able to assist with anything

Literally the worst moving company I have ever used, I was left stranded with no help and was denied my refund. The people are so arrogant, I even missed a flight waiting for movers going from one story to another on the day of moving, I regretted going for this company ☹️

They move our house hold goods from Montana to Pretoria east. They damage my wooden furniture and stole 15 boxes. They hide one if the helpers inside the truck at Security. We opened a theft case at the police station. The HAWKS is bussy with investigation.

The best service in transportation. Moving between Cape Town and from Cape Town to Middledrift Eastern Cape. Very professional and pleasant service. Mizu and the team I am grateful. Everything was intact nothing broken or chipped.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Extremely bad service with red transport. I have been waiting 6 days for a invoice from them, I have called them multiple times and WhatsApp them multiple times. In such tough times, i have never experienced a company throw work down the drain, you've now lost my Company as a client. The agent mislead me thrice. I needed a gearbox brought from jhb to cape town, they quotes me R2990 over the phone, I accepted and asked for a invoice so I can pay. For 6 days i have been phoning and WhatsApp them on their 071 170 6153 number. Guy keeps on telling me his sending the invoice but nothing, iv called multiple times. I have attached screenshots. I have now lost my purchase as I could not arrange transport because of red transport.
