RTC DO NOT DELIVER

Reduced to Clear is also known as Gifts to Clear. There isn't an option to give no stars, so unfortunately it receives an undeserved 1 star. Be very careful doing business with this company. We ordered and paid R9 996 for promo items in July 2019 - to date, however, we have received nothing from RTC. When our order did not arrive, I had the extreme displeasure of dealing with an accounts chap called Paul, who should be given the job title of 'Sales Prevention Officer'. He initially advised that they would be refunding our money, then a couple of months later asked if we could still make use of the items ordered. We agreed to take some of the items and the balance would be refunded. Well, the same thing happened, no delivery and no refund. In early 2020 I had my last contact with RTC - and as many others on this forum have attested to, they no longer reply to emails, nor answer the phone. DO NOT think you are getting a good deal from RTC you will pay dearly, not only monetarily but in frustration.
