Redwoods Properties asks for R1000 to VIEW a rental property

To start off, this is a ****. It isn't a real company. What they do is advertise rentals for really good prices and then ****** money from you to even view the property. The **** listing we found was on Gumtree.

You must pay them R1000 upfront in order to pay for your credit check and admin fees and whatnot. You obviously wont get this back.

Do not fall for them. They also keep getting confused with their own name. In some places it is Redwoods and others it is Redwood. Horrible grammar, spelling errors everywhere, website is half finished, etc.
