Ree-The-Shoealcoholic is a SCAM
Ordered my shoes on the 3rd August and paid in full. No update on the order and still not delivered. Website says delivery in weeks😡😡😡This is the worst service ever and would not recommend it to anyone. Money gone and no shoes😡😡😡😡Scam

Horrible customer service
Ordered shoes on Jan 11 for delivery on the 3rd or 4th week after. When I made a follow up I was then told the order will be late, which didn't work in my favour. Asked for a refund only to be told there can only be exchanged which I don't want to since the lady Ree is very unprofessional and ignorant . She's been ignoring both my calls and emails, I really find the lady unprofessional and upsetting. She doesn't even update her website, my order still says 'awaiting processing'. Ree just has to pay my money, talk about supporting black business they say. I'm bored to tears with the service recieved.

Horrible customer service
Ordered shoes on Jan 11 for delivery on the 3rd or 4th week after. When I made a follow up I was then told the order will be late, which didn't work in my favour. Asked for a refund only to be told there can only be exchanged which I don't want to since the lady Ree is very unprofessional and ignorant . Very disappointed customer:late delivery and incorrect order!
Ordered shoes for my wife's wedding 2 months before the wedding. The shoes were delivered about 4 weeks after placing the order. We were disappointed to find that the shoes delivered were the wrong design from what we ordered. She said we should send the shoes back to her at our own expense for the courier fees yet the real reason the shoe design that was delivered was her fault. That aside, she promised that the shoes will be delivered in time for the wedding. This is 4 weeks before the wedding when we were having this conversation. She doesn't make an effort to update on the progress of the delivery. So 4 days before the wedding I decided to find out for myself about the progress of the delivery and she tells me the shoes we only be delivered a week after the wedding. Considering the price that she charges, surely customers deserve better!

Ree-The-Shoealcoholic worst service EVER!!!!
This is by far, the worst service I have EVER received!!!! After 6 months of waiting, I never recieved my shoes and at the end of it, was a loss of money, time and the owner labelled me as an always complaining customer!!! Do not waste you time and money. There are better places.
