Poor service
On May 26 I was booked at Regal Inn for 1 night, I checked in at the reception and I was given my room keys. I needed a plate to put my take away food so I went to the kitchen to request for a plate, to my surprise I was told that they do not have plates, they can only give me a paper plate. I was so astonished and in disblief because I thought Regal Inn is a Hotel. The following day I went to the swimming pool, a lady who was the Manager came to me and told me that I am not allowed to use the swimming pool. I wish to bring to your attention that there was no sign that the swimming pool is closed, the gate to the swimming area was not locked to restrict the gates from entering the swimming area. I hereby request Helo Peter to assist me in handling this matter so that the guests can be treated with decency

Unkept and dirty regal PMB
Regal xpress hotel is advertised as a clean and affordable hotel. I booked a room with a twin single beds, and on arrival with my son. We were given a room with double bed. I tried to query at reception but I was not assisted. The room was stuff and smeling. General the room was nit clean and also part of head board was broken and failing. The passage mats is stairs and looks bad

Regal Inn Empty Promise
Very disappointed in Regal Inn. Seem not to care about customer courtesy. They have failed to acknowledge my request for refund since November 2022. I have been contacting them via emails and phone calls to no success. They kept on promising that the matter is in talks for resolution and they'll get back to me. Till today, I have not heard or read anything from Regal Inn. Highly would not recommend that company to anyone.

Bad customer service
I called in to book a room for my wedding anniversary .... This rude lady picked up the phone ... i booked it and was almost done when she hung up on ...i called back and asked her why did she do that..she just ignored it and moved on i asked her again she said coz she is busy dealing with other customers so i asked to speak to a manager she said there is no manager or anyone there to speak to she was the only person in the entire building and her name was Bongiwe or something ....she said if i want to speak to one of the guest or someone .... i found that very rude ....

Regal inn North beach refuses to refund me
Regal inn North beach refuses to refund me ...I have been emailing my proof of payment but the lady by the name of Tasha Pillay keeps saying they changed ownership of the hotel but she is the very same person that I sent my proof of payment in March! Your customer service is very bad and ill never visit that hotel ever again

BAD ACCOMMODATION: B&b
Very poor!!! The linen needed to be replaced in 1900!!!! The linen smelled bad!! It looked like the pillow cases was used before...!!! The breakfast (@R75) was not edible. I had breakfast at Symphony in Secunda for LESS and, it was edible. Will NOT refer anyone to this B&BB.

I personally had a wonderful experience their hotels are very modern at affordable rates and great service . I would love to revisit.
