Inappropriate Call Times and Sharing of personal information
This company called me at 6:27am to notify me that I had a parcel scheduled to be collected. He gave me my full name and surname (which is odd because I rarely ever put my second name anywhere) and he gave me my old address. I AM EXTREMELY TROUBLED that a company I have never even heard of can have so much of my information. I have not requested any parcel to be collected, I'm not expecting a package and I wouldn't use my old address. I called trying to find out what's happening and was just met with a rude regional warehouse manager who had no idea about the call or package

Regional Wholesale Services - Worst courier company to deal with
A driver called me on Monday 10/05/2022 to alert me that he is going to deliver a package for me, To my surprise, the package has not been delivered and no one has bothered to call and explain. When i called the company i was told that they are a third party and they can only assist me if i have a tracking number. firstly no SMS was sent to me for notification that they have my package. Their service is disgusting and they do not care about their clients.

Regional Wholesale Services - Worst courier company to deal with

When i called the company i was told that they are a third party and they can only assist me if i have a tracking number. firstly no SMS was sent to me for notification that they have my package. Worst service ever
Head of security hung up on me while i was talking about a complaint. i have been waiting for my parcel since Wednesday and it’s been 2 days now. One of the drivers even messed up my address which resulted in him not showing up at all.

Worst service ever

POOR SERVICE FROM RWS!
The driver calls me from this company with my delivery I am expecting from Aramex, and asks me my delivery address. I inform him and then he tells me his not coming to my area and will give my parcel back to the office and hung up the call... I don't know if it is covid causing courier services to be this unprofessional or if their business is just a fly by night. Please be aware of this ****py company going forward

POOR SERVICE FROM RWS!
The driver calls me from this company with my delivery I am expecting from Aramex, and asks me my delivery address. You have a young guy in your Control Room Rhyno I think. He is the most arrogant little **** and does not belong there! Your service was great but this guy spoiled it all!

WORST SERVICE ON EARTH
Expected a delivery to arrive on Monday 7-12-2020 from CourierIT only to find out after a huge struggle that it was handed to RWS, struggled for 2 more days to get ahold of them where they advised the package was out for delivery on 9-12-2020, needless to say I waited the whole day no delivery came. Struggled again on 10-12-2020 to get hold of them, where the have no clue what is going on with their deliveries, cannot get hold of their drivers and still have no idea when the package will be delivered but it’s apparently been with the driver for 2 days. How in GOD’s name does it take so long to deliver a simple package.

Regional Wholesale Services - terrible service. Stay away!
Trying to get hold of someone to help you track a parcel at this business is futile. The front desk lady tried to help me and according to her my parcel is "lying on the floor". Nobody is available to explain why it does not go out.

Poor Service, Poor Communication and lack of respect for customers
I have never experienced such bad service from an organisation. I have called through to this particular organisation 8 seperate times for them to promptly tell me they have "no idea when a parcel will be delivered" to placing me on hold indefintely and ultimately straight up no answering my calls. If it wasn't for another company referring me I would think that this company is a SCAM. It just seems like no one wants to deal with any customer queries or phone calls.
