ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY
It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I bought a pack of 3 - 5% bottles on 15th Sep. I had expected some results on use of 1 bottle atleast, but 3 bottles later there is absolutely no change. This purchase was an absolute waste of money.

This is a **** the telephone number doesn’t work. When emailed they are full of promises and very pro refund but then they ghost you. I ordered Thursday, unfortunately didn’t see the bad reviews here and om hellopeter and only after I ordered I checked, Friday I required a refund and they said it will be done on Monday, I said I will follow up on Monday and guess what… they no longer respond! This is an absolute **** I am opening a case at the police station as well as contacted my bank and payfast to dispute payment and report them.

Beware! They will take your money but not deliver your order!
Hi. I placed an order a week ago. I have received no correspondence from them since then, nor have I received my order. Numerous calls, whatsapps and emails to them have been in vain without even the courtesy of a reply.

Very unprofessional
I purchased 10% minoxidil and was charged accordingly. However, I received a 5% solution instead. I initially reached out via email but received no response. I then followed up with a WhatsApp message, which was ignored, and I was subsequently blocked. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am not at all impressed with the level of customer service.

They ****med me
****mers … made a purchase on the 17th May untill to this day there’s no movement on my order whatsoever.. while they claim they deliver in 2 to 3 days . I’ve sent them an email but no reply and whatsap as well still nothing .

Good customer service
The courier company delayed dispatching my parcel. However regrowhair went above and beyond and sent me 2 of what I ordered. So essentially I got 2 for the price of 1. Thanks for your excellent customer service

Reliable minoxidil supplier
Purchased a few times from them. Good prices, effective product, quick delivery every time. Their minoxidil has definitely helped my hair noticeably. They often have good specials too.
