Unprofessional manner in addressing staff in front of customers

As I entered the store this morning, 29 April 2021, I stood in awe and completely shocked, listening how either the Manager or Owner shouting at a worker of his. The manner in which he had spoken to the worker whilst I, as a customer was standing in the store, listening, was utterly distasteful, disgusting, unprofessional and childish. Perhaps the worker may have done something wrong that had upset the Manager or Owner, it still does not give him the right to treat his workers the way he did, especially in front of customers. That store and company will never see me again as I do not intend doing business with any person who treats his staff the way he did.
