Relay Jeans at Parow Centre surprised me with how genuinely helpful everyone was. They guided me through sizing and fit without any pressure, and I left feeling confident in my choices. ON the 19/04/2025 I went to Relay Jeans Greenacres mall Port Elizabeth to do a return of clothing I bought the cashier that assisted me told me that they don't have money the cash for the day has been banked already an i should rather go to Markham to do the return. I went to Markham explained to the cashier what happed at relay the cashier then phoned relay asking why they didn't assist me they then suddenly had the cash to refund me an told the Markham cashier to tell me to come to their store. I'm very unhappy their customer service is beyond phatic it's a disgrace

Bad experience at relay jean store in Atlantis capetown, where their shop assistant shouted at me that i must fold the jean that i just fitted gave me attitude exchanging words with me in front of customer, i am very disappointed withi big company with poor services of their employees, will never shop there agin

My mom gifted a pair of relay jeans and some t-shirts. She contact the Cape Gate store to inform them that I wished to exchange it and was told to just bring the clothing and slip. However when i arrived with the slip and relevant clothing to do so, was informed(after a long process the cashier first telling everything up) that they required the account card and the account holder to be present. No mention was made of this prior. This does not make sense, as was in process of swapping for two alternate jeans which totaled higher then the returned items and i would have to have then paid a difference on i wanted to exchange for. When the manager was questioned as who the account holder is, he was unable to state so or even check, both at the time I was at branch store and later via telephone call. Merely continuously parroting back that they can only create and submit account applications. Also manner in witch staff addresses customer or colleges and behave is far to casual, with a lack of decorum. This is the second time this month I have run into arbitrary processes used by large brand retail stores, which only serve to halt or significantly delay a customer.

They always friendly and ready to help customers they make you laugh even on a bad day I never struggle everytime when I go there so I just wanna say thank you and always choose kindness to other people. PS: You're all appreciated

Am so angry with how they treat customers at Vangate mall Relay Jean. I bought a pants there for my husband when I get home the pants was small so I return it asking for a exchange I misplace the receipts but everything was still in good place like the price tag and everything I went there to ask for a bigger size. They refuse to exchanged it for because I didn't bring the receipts. I went back home I found the receipts I took the pants back asking for my money back they said I must come back following day they don't have money at the moment. I ask them if their police require them to do that if they don't have cash I am so angry right now. I didn't expect this kind of treatment

Relay Alex Plaza, your service is the best The store is neat and everything is well packed I will be coming again to buy with the kind of service we received
