Bad service
Came to my house 4 times to service my fridge. 1st call R1600 nothing changed. 2nd time gas. Bottom worked. 3rd time gas again top still not cold. 4th thermostat R550. Top cooler but not switching off. Battle to get invoice. Got 1st 2nd still waiting. Gave 3month warranty their website says 6 months. Dont ever want to see of hear of them again. The guy is Blessing. Very stubburn.😠

Bad service

I scheduled an appointment with these guys on a Sunday, I had a Samsung fridge which wasn't working fine but within an hour the guys where so fast and reliable. Thanks to Chris

I called this company to fix an element in my oven that didn’t work anymore. They came in, looked like they were doing the work. As 1 other heating element still worked, they made it seem like all was working. I paid them. Called them back the next day as it was not working. after countless calls and messages, promising to come back they never did. They are a big time scam and crooks. Sadly I fell for it.

Called for washing machine repair. Claimed to have replaced spider on drum and service @ R2650.00. Putty was put on the crack and no service was done. Drum casings and rubber ring loose and broken. DONT Use THEM they are scoudrals and crooks. Craig is his name. Not reachable any longer

Reliable Appliances Services BIG CROOKS
I called Reliable Appliances Services to fix my washing machine. They pretended to diagnose the issue and said it would cost R1600 to fix it. Needless to say that the machine still has the same issue. They have been ducking and diving since.. I have also opened a criminal case against them and the police will be dealing with them. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. Their number is 065 808 0842/066 089 3511

Shocking service - never received replacement parts promised
I paid R1300.00 for my Samsung washing machine to be serviced at the end of June and was promised replacement brushes for my machine within a couple of days. Needless to say I am still waiting!!! Ronald Thompson, the owner, ignores me completely and his office makes empty promises.

Generator still not working and no feedback from company
We called Reliable Appliance Services to assit with repairing our generator. They picked the generator up on the 17th of Feb 2020 to be fixed and brought it back the next day on the 18th Feb 2020. We paid R3500 on the 18th Feb 2020. We woke up with loadshedding on the morning of the 19th of Feb 2020 and the generator still didn't work. My husband has been calling them but a week later no one has given us feedback. I would not suggest people to use this company at all. They took our money but did not render any services and now they are avoiding. Terrible service and crooks. i will be putting my complaint on every social media platform! R3500 IS ALOT of money!!!
