PEP store
Hi there I went to PEP store in retreat main road and thy did give me a false R100 then they say that other shop must just help me there. Service is pathetic and they are very skelem by PEP store in retreat what can I do about that

Worst store ever!!! Should be called unrealiable store! Do not support!
Reliable store is the most Unreliable place i have ever purchased something from , I spent thousands and I waited over 6 months for my purchase. Started to think I would never receive it or get my money back aswell as their rude and *********** staff. This place should be sued and closed!

No feedback or refund, absolutely no customer service.
Ordered & confirmed an item 11/30/2023 (order 70507). Received an email that said my item will take 20 business days only to eventually find out it's only been ordered somewhere in China. I received my order 22/01/2024 & it's not complete. I've mailed & even included multiple pictures but with no feedback or refund, absolutely no customer service or communication. Now I'm stuck with something I can't use.
