WORST POSSIBLE ONLINE SERVICE
DO NOT USE RELIABLE ONLINE STORE. Firstly they are anything but Reliable. They delivered an order after it was cancelled and I received cancellation confirmation from them. I then had to mail it back to them at my own cost. I have not received my refund. They do not answer the phones or return emails. Save yourself a lot of frustration and do not support them.

DO NOT USE RELIABLE ONLINE STORE. Firstly they are anything but Reliable. They delivered an order after it was cancelled and I received cancellation confirmation from them. I then had to mail it back to them at my own cost. I have not received my refund. They do not answer the phones or return emails. Save yourself a lot of frustration and do not support them.

Worst Company to purchase from
I’ve purchased a device on 15 January 2024 order number 72532 and paid R11 114.99 I’ve made numerous phone calls to their contact centre and was told that I will have my device by 4 March. It’s the 19th of March and still I have not received anything from them. Are you a legit business???? Never have I waited this long for any of my orders from other Companies. Last week your consultant told me that I will have my device within 48 hours!!! It’s been days after that. I will never ever urge or persuade anyone to purchase from you guys

Extremely bad service, in fact no service
Do not use Reliable Store. I purchased a Aquarium light on 16012023 from them. It did not arrive until 11042023 and was the wrong light. I informed them and they said they would collect and replace with the right light. I am still waiting they just give me empty promises and do nothing. DO NOT USE RELIABLE STORE TO BUY ANYTHING.

Reliable store not so reliable afterall
l purchased a "in1 LAN Network Repair Cable Tester Crimper Plier Hand Tool Kit Cat5 RJ45 RJ11 RJ12" order number #8429 in May 2020 and l never ever got it. l have contacted the customer services since them with no response and they only responded when l put a review on this platform, and they didn't refund me as they promised. Personally, l would not trust businesses like this, l still want my refund back, l won't be quiet till you refund me. l don't know if it delivering as promised online to other customers but to me they treated me badly and now its 2023.

Terrible and totally arrogant service
I'm at my wits end. I ordered goods from Reliable on line Store on 24 September and by mistake duplicated the order the next day. I immediately sent an email cancelling the duplicated order. On 26 September the courier arrived with two parcels. On checking I could see the the wrong goods had been sent so I refused to sign for these parcels. The next day the courier was back with the wrong parcels and I was asked to sign for them but take a picture of the goods and send it to the store. Since then I have sent 26 emails and 4 SMS messages asking for my purchase I no longer receive any acknowledgement from them. Trying to phone is impossible. Every time you get a recording telling you that you are "Number X" in line and current delay is "X minutes. Do not buy anything from this store. They will take your money and ignore all calls to replace or refund. This is the worst on line store I have ever experienced. E C Kennedy Hillcrest KZN

Poor Business Ethics
to date we have had no response nor update regarding the coding machine we purchased during our financial year. the product advertised was misleading, numerous missing important assecories of the machine, waste of money Very poor

I called Reliable Store and A consultant by the name of Primrose answered, she assisted me with my sale query and advised me accordingly with regards to the reviews. she assured me that I will get the parcel and I rate her 5 stars for her professionalism and her attitude and work ethic is great .
