Kitchen Issue

I had and insurance claim via ABSA for my kitchen ABSA appointed Reylon Im not sure who is worse here ABSA or Relyon ABSA don't get back to me when I report the bad workmanship I have told Relyon to leave 3 time as they arrive with badly prepared panels, then the incorrect panel's, they made the cupboards lower than the cupboard removed, panels installed the incorrect way around etc etc Im still trying to get this resolved and ABSA does not get back to me.
