Terrible inhumane treatment from the agent called Hettie Nel. I had moved from Bloemfontein to work in Durban and showed me an apartment on pictures which looked good only to walk in to a dumpster of a place because I could not view due to the distance. We immediately agreed to cancel the lease with the owner, and the owner returned the money i had paid in back to Remax. This woman has been refusing to return day after day giving nonsense excuses. I had to go sit at their offices to noone attending to me. I would advice anyone not to use Remax Bluff in Durban and dont even deal with Hettie. She is just a ****** woman who thinks black people do not matter.
