Remote Hub did not pay my money $42 000

Remote Hub did not pay me out on my art pieces of $42 000. I have paid them together linking free. To my SOL wallet they say there was an error I told them to sort it out and send it again now they want me to pay them again $35. If I want the money to my bank I must pay them $320 . I am still waiting for my money .
