**Title: Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Communication**

I opened an account with this company last year and consistently paid every amount they required. Throughout the process, I cooperated fully and followed all instructions. Their last communication to me was that my documents had been handed over to the NCR and that I was awaiting debt clearance.

Since then, their service has completely collapsed. Their phone lines no longer work, the WhatsApp/bixt4 number is unreachable, and they have stopped responding to emails. I have sent multiple messages with no reply at all.

In my personal experience, this has felt unprofessional, frustrating, and deeply concerning. After paying everything I was asked to pay, being met with silence and non‑functional contact details is unacceptable. I no longer feel I can trust this company based on how they have handled my case.
