No customer care at all!
There’s no customer care at all! The installation can be fine, but that is what you expect for the price you pay, or not? But, when you call them that the solar system is not functioning well and you speak with Sean, he’s always telling that he will call you the next day to make an appointment. but never does! You can call him for the 3rd, 4th or 5th time and he’ll keep saying that he’ll call you the next morning, but he never does. Always very busy!

Professional and the service was excellent
I had an overall very positive experience from Renaissance Solar, right from the quotation, to the installation and beyond. They are professional and the service was excellent. I definitely do recommend them.

Very committed and professional
I had a solar geyser installed by Renaissance Solar. I would like to thank the company, but especially the installer Cobus for his commitment and professional attitude towards his work, and not giving up until the system was at a performance level that was discussed before installation. Bad Customer Care
Renaissance Solar customer care sucked for me this morning. My solar gave an error code in the middle of the night and when I enquired I had the most obnoxious attitude and arrogance from Valerie. I am not sure if they are not a broker as well as they take your work and give it to someone else. This may inflate prices unnecessarily
