If zero stars where an option you would be rated accordingly I have never had such careless attitude from a dealership. I bought my pre loved Ford eco sport 2018 in July last year , car was in immaculate condition, or so they said , just serviced , dekra done 114 point check and all in order. My car not having done 5000km since purchase oil pump failed due to wear and tear on the cambelt, last major service was NOT DONE, motor warranty for engine was two months out , my warrenty insurance on the cars extended warrently only approved R18000 out of the R95 000 damage I reported such to Renault , no response , no assistance , zero courtesy I follow up with the principal via email aswell as management I get no response. I sit with damage on a Car I’ve hardly used as a daily runner aswell as thousands lost , paying insurance monthly for a car I haven’t touched since January 7th. Absolutely heartbroken and devastated, one would think of getting better service while purchasing a vehicle.

Booked my 2020 Duster in for an aircon related issue on Monday, 10 Feb'25. The following day, the vehicles battery was completely flat after being checked when booked in the previous day with no indication of a problem. I had to replace the battery as the dealership took no responsibility even though there was the possibility of foul play regarding the battery . During the battery replacement I noticed some oil on the engine cover. I then discovered that during the vehicle servicing the previous year a oil leak from a breather pipe was identified and a note made for client to check oil level with no proactive intention to repair a vehicle under warranty which would be expected from a branded dealership. The faulty aircon sensor identified on Monday, 10 Feb'25 was replaced yesterday, 17 Feb'25 and unsurprisingly the aircon problem repeated itself today, 18 Feb'25. Renault Pinetown in my opinion does not seem Customer service focused, always making excuses for their actions and taking no responsibility.

Hello, I bought my Kiger in March 2024. The customer service was excellent , especially that of Bronwyn Turnham who patiently walked me through all the aspects of purchasing my vehicle. I really enjoy driving my Kiger and I will definitely recommend Renault Pinetown.

I bought a kiger turbo cvt in January 2023. The car started to have air-conditioning problems before it even went dor first service this was 7 months from brand new purchase. I took the car to them they said there is nothing wrong with the car. The car continued to give problems remember I was driving with my windows open even if it is raining. I took it again in February 2024 and they are demanding payment for the car which was bought new and still under warranty

My Renault has been sitting at Renault Pinetown for close to 2 months. My vehicle is used for work purposes and I desperately require a vehicle. I require at least a courtesy vehicle, which I was never offered. I was advised by Renault Pinetown that the parts to repair my vehicle will take at least 2 to 3 weeks. Why didn't they order the part during the 2 months whilst my vehicle was sitting in their workshop? Poor service
