Poor experience twice
I have brought my car twice to this franchise and have both times experienced issues. The first time they dropped oil from the oil change into the belly pan of the car so that when I parked it at home on a slope, an oil leak happened. They had to come and fetch the car, clean it up and return it, which they did because of their own poor work. The second time they told me when a part would be delivered, so I booked a service and part fitting well in time to have both things done at the same time. Turns out the part was not there when I took my car for the service, but I was only told after I had dropped off the car and gone home. Now I have to take it back because they were incapable of having an internal conversation - the car was clearly booked for both items to happen on the same day.

Renault Paarden Eiland De*****ing ****mers!!!
Who is running Renault Paarden Eiland, Cape Town? On 29th July, I sent a POP for a part that had to be replaced on my car dealing with Alecia Govendor. After I made payment I did not hear back from her as to when the part would get to Cape Town from Johannesburg, no communication at all. I had to call and chase up on her. I decided I'd take in the car myself and they took it in. When I received my car back it had a different invoice, they overcharged me for the same part. I went to see their manager the following week (Mumtaz) who advised he'd look into it and revert back, I don't know what I expected as he took is own sweet time to reply to me with a half ass answer as I had already made a call to other dealerships to find out what was going on here. He asked me to come in and sign some paperwork where I'd be reimbursed my money and advised it would not take more than 3 working days. Yet again I must run after them following up on payment but no one is around to assist including Jo-Ann. The inadequate and appalling service from this dealership is disgusting to say the very least. Management is as clueless as those ********s that de*****ed me and still have the audacity to have me chase them for my payment for a *****ulent and ****ty service. Renault Paarden Eiland De*****ing ****mers!!!

Pathetic service. 10 days to repair oil leak, replace a valve and a timing chain. All still within warranty
My Vehicle (which is still under warranty) was dropped off at the Service Centre on 18 December 2020. On 22 December I received feedback that the oil leak has to be repaired and a valve has to be replaced. I was also informed they are awaiting approval to replace the timing chain. On 28 December I was informed that approval was received and that my vehicle would be ready for collection on 31 December. On 31 December at 11h02 I was informed that they would contact me when to collect my vehicle on 31 December. At 13h31 I was informed that my vehicle will only be available for collection on 4 January 2021. No collection time could even be confirmed. This is the worst pathetic service I have ever received . Delayed approvals, bad service lead times and empty promises. And My vehicle is still under warranty.

Complaint about a (Renault Triber 2020)
on 25 Sept 2020, myself and my wife bought a NEW Renault Triber 2020. On 27 Oct 2020 my wife heard a funny sound from it squeaking badly, we called a tow-truck to send to Renault Paarden Eiland CT where we bought it. It was discovered that an engine mounting was completely broken. at the time the vehicle had 1000km on a clock. It also damaged exhaust manifold as a result of a funny sound, the vehicle also had an oil underneath, we couldn't see where it came from. We were told about a factory fault. After a week a workshop manager loaned us a Renault Kwid. The managers are running away and making excuses of meeting. We are paying installment, insurance for a broken vehicle. Today, the 18 Nov 2020 we received a call from Renault that we must bring it back the vehicle. We do not know what to do? Bertie (manager) promised to get back to us up until today.

on 25 Sept 2020, myself and my wife bought a NEW Renault Triber 2020. Brought my card for service but they damaged it
I have received the most pathetic service from sales agent (Denver Solomos), service agent (Shazana Lee (she doesn't even bother to respond to my email) and the workshop team. I brought my Kwid in for its service on 26/11/2019 but their workshop team ruined my car, not once. 1. They broke the fuel cable 2 They damaged the window on the driver's side . I found out myself when got to the fuel station. I couldn't open the fuel tank. They fixed it but when got home again tried to open the window on the driver's side but I couldn't. The window doesn't open. I told them them from the beginning when I'm leaving Cape Town for holidays. Still waiting for their response.
