Renault Woodmead service center is a Joke, and the service advisor should be fired! Our business Renault Triber vehicle was towed into Renault Woodmead yesterday as the vehicle refused to start. the Service advisor Matume Makgopo, explained to me that the vehicle would only be looked at same day if the vehicle was with them before 11am, they confirmed receipt of the vehicle at 12:00 yesterday 01 October 2025, the Matume advised me that the vehicle would only be looked at in the morning of the 2nd as they only got the vehicle at 12:00, but that he would call me as soon as they had diagnosed the vehicle. i waited till 12:00 on the 2nd and then called the service center, Matume advised me that he would check on the progress with the car and call me straight back. I waited again until 16:00 and after not receiving any word from Matume, i called again. He explained that the vehicle had not been looked at yet. I then reiterated that he said that I would have an answer the same day if the vehicle was with them before 11 am and that the vehicle had been with them since the 1st. He now said that the car may only be looked at in 3 days, as it's a tow-in. I told him that that was not what he explained to me on day 1, as he had assisted with arranging the tow, and was aware that it was a tow-in when he created the expectation. He also confirmed that other vehicles had been attended to today that were only brought in today (essentially jumping me in the queue) he has not called me back, nor apologized for the delay, nor given any explanation as to why the vehicle could not be looked at today. I then asked to speak to his supervisor to lay a complaint. Surprise, surprise his manager is not available, then asked to speak to the dealer principal, again not available. I guess poor service flocks together!!!!! Frankly, this service center is disrespectful and unprofessional. I see i am not alone on this forum. I guess poor service is their specialty; meanwhile, our business must suffer while at their mercy. Don't use Renault Woodmead if you value your sanity.

****MERS GUISED AS A SERVICE CENTER!!! In December 2024, I brought my car in for the annual service and informed the Service Advisor(Matome) that my right side of the aircon was not blowing hot air and only blew cold air. He advised that the air vent needed replacement, so I requested a quote for it. Fast forward to March 2025, he ordered the air vent then I took the car in for the repairs on the 8th of April 2025. Repairs were completed and I was told that everything was in order. To my surprise when I tested my aircon, still no heat was coming out. I tested this for a few days until I had to go back to the Service Center on the 15th April to enquire about the latter, Matome checked and cited that it looks like the air vent that was replaced is in fact the one on the left side. He then requested that I send him an email so he could take this up with management. He then further mentioned that there must be something else wrong with my car heater which made me even more furious because what do you even mean after all this, I paid for absolutely nothing! He took no accountability at all for this ****oo on his end. I sent him an email as requested, he mized me for 2 weeks - no response at all! I then contacted the manager(Stephen) and he requested me to send the details to him which I did. I requested for a refund, guess what? None of the above was taken to account, now I must pay for new repairs?

I’ve had such a horrible experience with Vincent who is the service manager and the team at the call centre, and home had to call back multiple times and also to get Liquid capital to call as well. Renault did not even submit my authorisation to liquid capital and I had to go back and forth with them as they couldn’t pick up my details and eventually after enough screaming there was progress. I had to come back a week later to replace my break pads and a couple of other items and to my surprise they couldn’t find my booking and the parts that we asked to be arranged a week before. As much as the lady that assisted me was helpful in assuring me I was already disheartened and disappointed that once again I woke up to find myself at their service desk at 7:30 to experience yet another back and forth with them. This is the last time I’m servicing my car here and cannot wait to leave Renault altogether.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction as unhappy customer with the service I am getting from Renault Woodmead from Matome, e.g. the service I received during my recent visit is heartbreaking and the condition of my vehicle is not good at all please help me rescue my car from Renault Woodmead, only if I went through the reviews online before I went there maybe I could have taken my car somewhere else, my car has been there for 36 days now, they are very rude to me when I call them and ask for the status update, I feel helpless and heartbroken because I am still paying for the car, so now is more like I am paying for something I am not using, Please help I don’t know what to do now, it would be nice if they can just put everything back together and allow me to take the car elsewhere

On 26th of February my Renault kiger started complaining about the engine then I took it to the dealership on the 27th on the 28th I was told the care is fine, on Monday I too the car back to the dealership as it was complaining about the engine again, I was told they can boo my car for a check up on Monday the 9th of March, on that day I took the car to the dealership at 16:00 I was told the engine is dead it needs to be replaced, and I need to make means to get home as they will not organise transport for me mind you am pregnant I had to find a way home, they can not organise me a curtesy car because the warranty has not approved the claim of a engine in which they do not know when will that be done, if the warranty is approved I need to wait for another 5days so that they can provide me with a curtesy car, this car was bought brand new and is giving me engine problems in less than 3years of owning the vehicle, I do not advice anyone to buy this brand if you want peace of mind go with another brand

I have traded in the car and got a Renault Kiger, the car was delivered on a Friday, i only drove the car on a Saturday morning, realize i don't like the car since i had never test drive it, i called everyday and they ignore me, sent emails with no luck of response, all i get is the manager is in the meeting and the mileage of the car keeps going up and its the 4th day with no response , no one bothers to communicate with me, i feel they forcing me to take the car i do not want

Never take your car for service here. They damaged my clutch and say it was like that. They put silicon all over the vehicle even on the engine and it damages the black trim. Return twice to get the **** off the car. They even put the stuff on your windows. The service is pathetic then they want to blame the customer for everything. They can not even answer their phones they drop the calls four times .
