Folks please be aware of this 'real estate agency' represented by Sean Ntuli aka, Zamokuhle Sean Siyathuthuka Khumalo, Zamo sean khumalo. I came across his adverti*****t on Property24 because I was searching for an investment property. After consulting with him and him doing all the necessary credit check, I was approved and I went ahead signed the lease agreement and paid the deposit in August. It is now October and Upto now, I have not been given access to the estate, he only sent a driver to deliver keys. This is allegedly not the first time he has committed such *****. There are unfortunately others who I have spoken to and also fell victim. He pretends to represent landlords at different estates or developments but has no face-to-face contact just Cellphone and email. Stay far away from him and this company!

Zamo Khumalo is a ****mer, look up Gilad real estate group
Do not fall for the trap, he is a ****mer. I highly doubt he even knows anything about real estate or professionalism but to be safe, go for a proper registered and highly recommended real estate agent/company. Zamo Khumalo is a ****mer. I see he moved from his other **** company Gilad real estate group. Feel free to read the reviews on that company as well. He is also running away with my refund for an apartment I never got to move into. The fact that he is still advertising is just sad.

BEWARE - RENDFORD REAL ESTATE - ****
Sean Ntuli aka (Khumalo is his real surname) is an absolute **** artist. He entered into a 12 month Lease Agreement with me for a rental at The William estate. He took my Deposit and one month rental upfront and then cancelled the Lease at the last minute. I have not been able to get my money back from him, for the last 2 months. DON'T TRUST HIM AT ANY COST.
