I’m disgusted by the poor service that I received from this bunch of ****mers called Renew-it Mount Edgecombe.I experienced this bad and unprofessional service since November 2025 up until now my vehicle is not repaired properly.I took my vehicle to this **** company on 22 February 2026 for painting the right hand side and a rear bumper which was painted poorly in November 2025.Noelle sent me an email stating that I will get back my vehicle on 27 February 2026 and she was lying because when I go there on Saturday 28 February 2026 I found out that they painted the vehicle on Saturday morning and I waited for it for 2 hours and it was not polished and the rear bumper was not painted at all.They refused to give me a courtesy car since it was their fault to use wrong paint and they took my vehicle for a week just parked outside workshop.This is my first and a last time using this bunch of ****mers called Renew-it and I beg all clients to stop using this company.My vehicle has two colors because of their mess.They said they will call me to arrange another date for fixing this mess but up until now they haven’t done so yet.If I take this vehicle to them to fix this mess I want a courtesy car I can’t use taxis when going to work.

We had such a great experience with Renew It in Mount Edgecombe. From start to finish the service was efficient, professional, and incredibly well organised. The communication with both the team and our insurance was clear, responsive, and seamless, which made the whole process stress-free. When we received our car back it looked fantastic — the dents were completely gone and the car came back clean, fresh, and beautifully finished. We’re genuinely impressed with the quality of the work and the level of service we received. Highly recommend Renew It if you’re looking for efficient, reliable panel beating and repairs.

We had such a great experience with Renew It in Mount Edgecombe. From start to finish the service was efficient, professional, and incredibly well organised. Good day folks, I am not sure how to put this into words ...firstly this place is very unprofessional Renew it Umhlanga, based in Mount Edgecombe....my car was involved in an accident and Iwyze together with them without my permission, me the owner was left out of the entire process of the claim, the repairs which was never done, and the insurance company all took it upon themselves to claim the money because this was a third party claim...they left me out of the process .the car was never repairs but the documents was forged and sent to the Insurance company and they claimed the damages in hundred of thousands for repairs to the value of R66000 which was never done at all the paint work they ...I think the street vendor could have done a better job, the bank bumper is on back order they say it will take 4 months to come to South Africa ....the vehicle was never repaired at all just touched up here and there to make it look like they repairs it ...even a blind person through touch and feel will be able to tell you how bad the vehicle looks now ...they did more damages to the vehicle than prior the other repairs .... Michele will sing a song of she will do this and that but they do nothing ...I am so fed up Iwyze pushed my insurance up as I am the victim....they did not keep me informed they had the vehicle for over one month and nothing was done ... Make this make sense how can and insurance company's iwyze and renew it not consulted me on the repairs or the payments when did the Client who pay the premiums is left out of the claims ...when do a third party claim become the client's fault ....I am sick to death with the *******ion in this country ....Renew it is a unprofessional company with no work ethics at all . Angry and disappointed and frustrated with this nonsense 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Automagic forced me to take my vehicle to Renew-it Mount Edgecombe for scratch and dent repairs on right front door dent and a rear bumper.They failed dismally to match the paint with the original paint their orange color is poor polishing is very poor too and I took the vehicle to them to try and fix the ******* they did on my vehicle but they refused to help me I phone my insurance company first for women and they promised to help me but they also failed both first for women and renew-it are ****mers and I don’t encourage people to use these companies.Automagic too is also a ****.I will make sure that justice prevails at the end of the day I will escalate this matter to Ombudsman.

My vehicle was sent to renew it Mont Edgecombe for rear damage via Auto n General. There were repairs. There were further repairs done to the front fendors and bonnet paid me. Renew it called me 4 times. Saying my vehicle is ready for collection. On all 4 times my vehicle repair was incomplete and had more damages caused by renew it. Today Friday. The 7th of November 2025 was the last of the 4. I was forced to pay. I took possession of my vehicle to avoid leaving it there for another minute. Their actions clearly shows that I was victimised. I would not recommend Renew it.

I took my car in for repairs on the 26th of September 2025. I told them I need my car back by the 3rd of October. Since I need to be somewhere on the 4th. On the 30th of September I get an automated message on whatsapp saying my car is under panel beating process requested for a call back, a lady called Noelle called me she had a poor customer service I explained to her my situation she was not emphatic at all. I asked her to request my assessor to contact me who is Nigel but until date no one called me, requested for a call by service manager until date the manager did not call me . I’m very disappointed and frustrated by their service. Yesterday sent an email to them no one responded to my email.

I had an accident on the 24 of June 2025 my car was towed to Renew IT MT Edgecombe for repairs. The experience I had was not so pleasing as they broke my car keys till today they haven’t given me any feedback regarding the repairs of the key. This is dragging for far too long as it almost 3 - 4 weeks following up with them with no proper feedback. I had to be in additional costs arranging to get my spare key due to their negligence . All I am asking is for them to fix or repair my car key cause when the car was tow to them the key was perfectly in a good condition. What makes it worse is them not fixing it prior to me fetching the car and not having any communication from them. Please help me!

I had an accident on the 24 of June 2025 my car was towed to Renew IT MT Edgecombe for repairs.
