Absolutely Horrific Experience with Renew My Car Centurion

If I could only choose to jot give any rating that would be efficient!

I received my car in a terrible condition again, this after sending it back for the same issues 5 times now !

They quoted me, and received full payment in cash. With loads of promises, Then they sent my car back (1December 2023 after sitting with it for a week).

I have send my car back on numinous times after this, and today I received it back with loose panels again, a panel thats just patched with ***** and a hard piece plastic ? duck taped, loose panels, or panels that falls of a week later. And the only resolution they come up with is to bring the car in again ????

The amount of money I lost during all this on ubers and cancelling on my own clients because of their poor communication is ridiculous.

And it seems that they dont want anything on email as they want to discuss everything in person or telephonically.

But then you take your car in again and they patch it and it looks worse ?
