Rent Me Buy Me is terrible!

When we were on the verge of moving out the company phoned me and asked if we would be willing to show the flat as they were situated too far away from the premises to validate travelling each time. In return, they would offer to waive our closing inspection fee. I neglected to take down the name of the person, which I know is silly, and now its been almost two months and they refuse to answer my query as to why it was deducted off my deposit amount...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are the worst agents we have dealt with by far!
