Using Trust account money

I signed a contract with this company to rent out property. After the year ended I gave a 30 calendar day notice and also the next month a 20 day (by law) notice to the agency that I would not make use of them anymore. They did not do any inspections (witch I already paid for), and also did not return the tenants phone calls if she had a problem. <br> <br> Now the agency does not want to give back the tenants 2 months deposit. They deducted a years commission and founders fee without permission or any reason to do so. <br> <br> Is using money in a trust account not against the law???? I will never ever do any business with people like this! Please be warned - NO contract and NO law binds this estate agent!!
