Disgusted Landlords
Would never recommend this company. They owe us over R20000 in rent. Don't respond to emails, calls and always in meetings or busy, according to the *********** receptionist. Bryan promised us the world, was very quick to take his commission, but left two elderly landlords who depend on the income, in the lurch, while the tenants were cushioned and catered for. No star rating would be ideal, but unfortunately there that option is not available. I would urge future customers to proceed with absolute caution and avoid this company

Pathetic Body Corporate
The worse body corporate company I have come across. They dont answer their phones, they dont answer their emails, when you do get through, you are told the person is not there, the receptionist knows ******all. This body corporate is so laxy dazy, they have not repaired one thing that was requested. Why am I paying over R1000 every month to a company that think ****all of their clients, the maintenance of the oasis complex is putrid. They are so quick to send you lawyers letters when you behind on payments, but when you are on time with payments they cant even provide a decent service. They need to be reported for theft, they are unprofessional, so many people complaining about leaks and water damage, and nothing is done. We as owners need to stand together to get new body corporate council. All of those people that run this **** show, needs to be fired! The worst ever, do not do any business with this people, your requests go unheard. They will be hearing from my legal council.

Rental resepies
Don't trust this guy byran Duffield he will take your deposit and make up bs to keep your money .. And if u default on your rent due to life being hard he will try and get u fired from your job by calling your boss and get garnish orders on your pay making your life even more difficult as if it was not difficult to start off with... If u want to rent and u see rental resepies then rather find another place then deal with Mr Duffield

Untrustworthy
Untrustworthy, terrible service . Missing a huge chunk of my deposit with no explanation, had to fight for half a month to get it back. I complied with absolutely everything they asked of me but beware as soon as you leave you are no longer a concern. Completely shocking . They are all nice until it comes to refunding you money that is rightfully yours . Totally shocked . Sunette also has a terrible attitude and avoids any questions about deposit and doesn't reply to emails . I am totally shocked, trusted these people and was a good tenant but get treated terribly after I leave

Untrustworthy

STAY AWAY!
Terrible service! Even as an owner in a complex where they are the managing agents, they have proven rude and unhelpful time and time again. Stay far away from them if you’re able! They are wolfs in sheeps clothing. Super nice at first until they get what they want from you. When you experience any problem and try to clear things up with them they are defensive from the get go and blatantly rude and don’t have answers for any questions that could potentially do them or thier egos any harm. Sadly, it’s this way throughout their organization here in Somerset West. From Brian the managing agent, Hannelie the financial administrator to Sunette as the office administrator. Not good people. And these are not just my own views or experiences. Many owners and even tenants here feel exactly the same way

BEWARE RENTAL RECIPE
We made the unfortunate decision to make use of Rental Recipe when looking for an apartment to rent. These \people"drip honey right until you have signed the contract. The ink has barely dried and you can be sure that any proper customer care goes out the window. They NEVER had to wait for their rent yet I had to constantly nag them for my deposit of which they took more than three quarters without ANY explanation. They are thieves short and sweet. And do NOT even think of lodging any kind of complaint regarding the property you rent"
