Fair rental and just rental agents.
It is so strange that in the rental market the people that pay late or bridge there lease and get evicted are always the people that gives bad reviews. The biggest problem is platforms like these just post them blindly. Rentalsu has always strive to be fair.

Avoid RentalsU, ************* agents.
If you looking for a place to stay in Mhlanga or anywhere in Durban. Do not do businesses with RentalsU. They are ******, stayed for 5 months in one of their apartments. End of January gave 30 days notice to move out in end Feb. I moved out 25 February. With apartment inspection done 26th February. With in that 30 days I was hoping they would advertise the place for a new tenant. To my surprise place was never advertised. I availed myself for people to come view the place. Instead when the statement came I was panelised for early cancelation. Which amount to R6 877,11 out and I got R2093. 38 out of R8500. They are ****** including their agents.

Worst Agency Experience Ever l No Respect and Don't lookout for tenants, they will reap you off
Its true, all the reviews are true. They don't refund deposits instead they will try to want more money from you. They do not look out for tenants they are greedy and don't follow procedure. I moved out, an inspection was not done, some of my things I accidentally left behind and I will never get. They charged me almost R2000.00 for cleaning which is ridiculous. The Owner has a massive attitude its either his way or the high way. They affect credit records without following procedure. The worst agency I have ever had to deal with, the arrogance and lack of following procedure amazes me. Total scam!!!
