Extremely bad service
agoWorst service ever. Don't use them at all. Take extremely long to respond (if they do) and then they don't enter your premises and walk around your house to make sure everything is in order. They just peep through the palisades and then leave again. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone at all. STAY AWAY they are just a waste of money and time.

Rescom security
Review ofRescom Security Company:I regret to say that my experience with Rescom Security Company has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Despite employing their services to protect my company's premises, we experienced three break-ins within a short period. Each time, the ***** managed to infiltrate our property without any response or intervention from Rescom Security.Furthermore, when I reached out to Rescom Security for answers and assistance, I was met with indifference and excuses. They failed to provide any satisfactory explanation for their repeated failures to prevent the break-ins. Instead, they dismissed our losses as negligible and assured me that their insurance would cover the damages.However, after weeks of waiting, Rescom Security informed me that they would not be compensating us for the losses incurred during the break-ins. This lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism and reliability as a security provider.In summary, my experience with Rescom Security Company has been nothing short of a complete letdown. I would strongly advise against entrusting them with the security of any property or establishment, as they have demonstrated a lack of effectiveness, responsiveness, and integrity in their services.

Rescom julle het uiters swak diens
Rescom se diens is uitters swak ek kani sien hoekom enige iemand by hulle sal wil aansluit nie ek het 2 keer my kop gestamp hulle is op die doneel terwyl skelms inbreek en dañ sal die skelms sé als is ok daar word nie password gevra nie en hulle luister vir skelms en ry weer so dra die skelms my hele bottelstoor leeg ek het duisende rande se skade en dan nog moet ek rescom betaal hulle gee die skelms toestemming om verder te breek ek gaan n eis insit teen rescom want hulle sé isi hulle skuld nie soos ek sé is nie die eerste keer wat hulle op die doneel is en die skelms los om al my goed weg te dra eks baie ongelukkig hieroor ek is vrou alleen by my huis as my alarm afgaan vat hulle 45min om uit te kom ek sou al dood gewees het as dit nie vir vriende is wat kom help het nie Rescom beteken niks nie help glad nie om hulle dienste te gebruik nie u mors u geld en u speel met u lewe want hulle gaan nie help nie dit gaan nie vir hulle oor die klient nie hulle het geen kliente diens nie en hulle adv opgelyde personeel nee hulle luister dan vir die inbreekers en doen wat die inbreekers sé My hart is baie seer oor hulle swak diens dit kon verhoed gewees het ons bottelstore sukkel om op ons voete te kom na covid ons kan skaars huur betaal nou sit ek met al die skade ook nog

Disgusted by Rescom guard in Vanderbijlpark
I am DISGUSTED by what I witnessed at my neighbour's home by 1 of Rescom's security guards, responding to a house alarm - the family foxy / jack russel was barking at the guard (as they do!) and this excuse for a human being threw this ELDERLY dog with a ball, so hard that I could hear it at my house! I would be VERY careful before even thinking of allowing Rescom anywhere near my home, what do you think they would do to a dog who could actually be a threat (whilst protecting their home?) ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

Disgusted by Rescom guard in Vanderbijlpark
I am DISGUSTED by what I witnessed at my neighbour's home by 1 of Rescom's security guards, responding to a house alarm - the family foxy / jack russel was barking at the guard (as they do!) and this excuse for a human being threw this ELDERLY dog with a ball, so hard that I could hear it at my house! I would be VERY careful before even thinking of allowing Rescom anywhere near my home, what do you think they would do to a dog who could actually be a threat (whilst protecting their home?) ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

unreliable, selfish rescom
The call center, operators, and so called technicians at rescom are rude, selfish, and made me feel anything but an up to date paying customer. i called in tonight (18/04/2021) as my alarms were not activating. I had to call in three (X3) times and they kept on putting me through to the technicians who were sleeping and did not feel that it was important to answer the call!!!! when he finally answered it was clear to me, from the sound of his voice that he was asleep. its been disappointment after disappointment since i have joined rescom. i called to cancel with them and then the lady at the call center only showed some concern thereafter!!! this is extremely disappointing and i will never sign on with this incompetent excuse for a security entity ever again!!! rather go sleep rescom instead of making me and my family feel safe!!!
