I am writing this review with the EASIEST 5 stars! If I could, I would've given him/them 10 stars! I am very satisfied with my dealings with Albert Li, who effortlessly and with no-nonsense, exchanged a faulty unit within the hour. I sent him videos of the product, and an hour later, my replacement item is logged with the courier for drop off by me. I am truly stunned by the speed and I am grateful for Albert's understanding and the exchange done. Thanks again Albert!
