Staff Exploited
Makro has done a terrible thing by partnering with Retail Solutions Agent that hires seasonal workers. Ever since the staff started working at Makro under Retail Solutions on December 2024, they have been exploited on buying ugly,cheap quality T shirts. Their salaries are not paid on time, the payments are always short not paid in full.Retail Solutions is an agent run by Lindy Marais, together with Nondumiso Zimba,they treat their staff so terrible.They exploit their staff, they don't have good ethics.Nondumiso asks for lunch money from the very staff they exploit by paying them peanuts. That Agent must be closed, it's a **** .Makro needs to hire their staff directly and get rid of m Retail Solutions for good.

***** & ILL TREATMENT OF WORKERS
Makro , specifically the one in Gqeberha has hired an agency Retail Solutions that brings in seasonal workers for them . Retail Solutions is run by Lindy Marais and she rips off her workers salaries and gives them pennies or doesn’t even pay them . She is evil and should be stopped but how can that happen if she has someone inside Makro who she shares the money with . That store’s Financial department needs to be vetted because *****ulent Transactions are happening . Should this matter not get resolved we will be taking it further , Justice will be served

I'm so angry and fairly dismissed
On Friday 14th of July Bongekile told me that I must go at their office on Monday they want to see me so I went there I found an Indian lady and she told me at Makro Amanzimtoti they like me and I'm doing my job perfect and I don't have a ******** record but the problem my credit record is not good it either I resign or at Makro will found out and I won't get permanent and I will never work for Makro anymore. I ask her if I resign are u guys I'm going to save my notice or wait until my contract is finish. She said no I must resign yesterday and I said give me time to think about it than I will answer her today. When I get home I think about it and than called her I told her I'm not resigning it either they fire me or terminate my contract and which law states that if you are on debt you must resign? If they fire or terminate my contract I need it in black or white and they must pay me until our agreement. Today Candice called me and she said I must make arrangements with the store of how much I will pay every month and I will work on another company. Bongekile didn't want me to work at Makro from the first just because my manager likes me and I'm doing my job perfectly. This morning Bongekile brings someone new to work on my place and told them she doesn't know what happened to me mind you I haven't resigned or termite my contract. Bongekile she selfish and she knew that they like me. Im not going to let go just like that I will fight for what my right.
