Impressive delivery, service and after-sales support

I am extremely impressed with the service I received! I placed my order on Monday, 10th November, late afternoon, and it was shipped the same evening. It was delivered quickly on Wednesday, 12th November.

I did encounter a small issue with one product regarding the expiry date and emailed the team late at night on 12th November. By Thursday morning at 9:00, I received a prompt and understanding response. They offered a full refund or a replacement. Since I still needed the product for a newborn, I opted for the replacement.

The team handled everything exceptionally well. They understood the importance of expiry dates for children’s supplements and even contacted the supplier to get more information before confirming my replacement. Within minutes of my reply, I received the replacement order confirmation and a message that tracking details would follow shortly. Their responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness were outstanding.

The products arrived in excellent condition. Delivery via RAM was also fast and the courier was very friendly.
