5 star Aftercare service
I bought Retractaline by PnP Ottery Hyper.When I opened it I saw it was second hand.I returned line and was replaced by a sealed box.Then after installation it did not retract.I Contacted Retractaline and spoke Phillip,the kind soul with excellent customercare service.He then told his assistant Matt Marais to come and replace the Retractaline.Within a few days my line was replaced and fitted by Matt Marais well done guys your aftercare service is highly recommended.You gave me 5 star aftercare service.Well done Retractaline.Thank you Phillip and Matt.

5 star Aftercare service

Quality disaster
I would give zero if I could. I am soooo disappointed. I have had a Retractaline for years. The new line, 32m large clothesline, purchased on Saturday from Builders in Worcester, rolls up unevenly to the one side, and the nylon line is more damaged every time you pull it out. One line should never have been in the machine as it looks like a cut mark. A 10-year guarantee might just be my saving grace. No man, what happened to your quality, saving money on cheap parts, cheap nylon?

Poor Quality
I purchased a replacement washing line end of May 2021, around October it started to break. Prior to this one, I used the same brand for over 4 years and it only started to break on the 4th year. The 2021 batch surely is not if the same quality as the previous ones. I would like a replacement as I do not want k spend more money on this product. I’ve s by pictures as requested in March and I haven’t received any response from Retractaline.

Poor Quality
I purchased a replacement washing line end of May 2021, around October it started to break. Prior to this one, I used the same brand for over 4 years and it only started to break on the 4th year. Ironing board replacement
I purchased the 123 Premium ironing board from a local store and, when I unpacked it, found it to be horribly unstable. The store searched through their remaining stock and said that they were all like that but I think, in hindsight, that the manager misunderstood the problem. I decided to go directly to Retractaline who offered immediately to replace the board which they couriered to me, at no charge to myself, the same week. I am pleased to report that the board is stable and fabulous and I was delighted with their response.

Excellent service
I have never experienced the service that I received from Rectractaline in Dubec Tradeport. I had an issue with a product I bought and within a week it was replaced with an upgrade. Thank you Kubashnee and the Rectractaline team

Excellent service

Fantastic service from Retractalne.
We have had a Retractaline Mini Wash line on our wall outside for at least 8 years. The product still works well but the locking mechanism was no longer holding. I called Retractaline in Kwazulu Natal and told them my problem. The very nice lady told me to please post the unit to them and they would be able to repair it at a small cost. We did this, but at the same time decided to buy a new one to attach next to the old one so that we would have something to use while the old one was being repaired, and also to eventually have extra drying capacity. Unfortunately, the new unit was not as good as the first one in that the tension was faulty and the lines sagged quite a lot. I decided to call Retractaline and ask their advice. Without any hesitation, I was told that I could either get it replaced by Takealot (where it was bought from) or they would handle it. I opted for the latter option and waited. Two days later, I received an e mail from Kubashnee of Retractaline advising that both my repaired old unit and a replacement for the new one, would be delivered to me after the weekend at no cost whatsoever. Monday afternoon, the courier arrived with my repaired old Washing Line and a new one. Best service ever! Thank you Kubashnee and thank you Retractaline.

Fantastic service from Retractalne.

Great product, hope to get missing hook part supplied
I bought the large retracta wall mount line many year ago and its still going strong without issues. A real live saver for storage space, being out of the way when not in use and holding such a lot of items without issue. Unfortunately due to renovations at my home I have lost one of the wall Hooks and cannot use mine at the moment. I hope someone at retracta will read this and provide a solution to get another wall hook so we can continue our use (you can contact me via Phone or email is no issue). Thanks for a speedy response and a great product

Brilliant Service not expected
I had a unit of Retractaline bought at Builders 4 - 5 years ago. The rotating unit on top of the line broke due to sun exposure over the years. I logged onto the website at ww.retractaline.com and explained my predicament to the person on their chat option. The person said they would send me another part. I received the new part free of charge and with no delivery fee. I did not expect this, but must say I will vouch for their after-sale service which is beyond exceptional. Thank you for saving me a pot of money as I would have had to buy a new unit should I not be able to get the part from you. Regards Chris Opperman
