Beware!!! You going to loose your deposit!!! Be careful doing business with Retrosol/Sky Bridge/ James McCallum. He advertises a Solar Franchise, which I think is a legit company, where you can pay a "refundable deposit" of R6500. I paid the R6500 deposit, but under certain circumstances can't attend the training. I even gave him a candidate(friend of mine) who paid his R6500 deposit and is going to attend the training( giving him business) I told him I can't attend and want a refund of my deposit. He blocked me on whatsapp and on his emails, I sms'd him and told him I'm going to social media with this!! I got hold of him using a landline, he told me he's not going to refund me, I must read the fine print on the invoice... It's true, the fine print says he dont have to refund me. Its my fault not reading the fine print, I trusted him, but why after paying deposit the fine print appears on the invoice and not on the franchise documents he first sent me?? I don't know if I must attend day 1 to be refunded?? I don't mind if he subtract admin/service fee, which is fair!! But taking the whole R6500 for doing nothing?? Taking my hard earned money(savings) doing nothing?? Do you think its fair?? What will you do?? He is bragging over the phone he is a millionaire?? But can't give me something back??

This is a fraudulent “investment” opportunity. I am 17 years old and poured my savings into what seemed like a legitimate business. After investing almost R10 000, communication pertaining that particular investment stopped, and when I asked for a refund (even if it wasn’t the full amount), James McCullum refused. I am only a minor.

I paid R23,750.00 after the training compared to House Check and Inspectahome which wanted R250,000 upfront, I as given the opportunity to ask any questions i wanted as uncomfortable s they were to the trainer and he answered them truthfully, I asked "do you guarantee success" and he said 100 people will die to fulfil Elons Musks dream of Mars Exploration, why would we be any different, if your hard working and sharp in 18 months you will either have a business generating 50-75k month or you will be complaining on Hello Peter just like the people who join Virgin Active and don't train and then complain about the parking . its refreshing to not be sold to. at 1.10th of the investment of the other franchises In this space, I as very happy with the introduction and the fact that they insisted on InterNachi accreditation, Cleary the company has a serious lag term vision.

Please note that business operated under a different name in the past for a reason. Be cautioned! and stay away as far as possible. The owner has a reputation for exploiting and being very rude and unprofessional when dealing with partners or clients alike. Be careful who you do business with.
