Individuals with Medical Conditions: If you have underlying medical conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, or pancreatitis, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating into your diet. These gummies can affect blood sugar levels, electrolyte balance, or medication interactions, and require careful monitoring and guidance. I am not sure why others apparently has a problem with the quality or work of Revamp-it. They did my tile roof 9 years ago with no problems. I then had a peeling problem Feb 2021 and they came and repaired it and also refunded my inspection fee without any hassle whatsoever. I would recommend them.

Phoned Revamp It and told them my roof was leaking, and I needed a quote to repair it. They suggested some roof sealant paint and I confirmed with the sales guy, Jurie, via email (which I still have) that they would seal the whole roof, which to me confirms the leaks will be repaired. First rains after the repairs and the roof was leaking, some places a lot worse than before. They refuted the guarantee on the tile roof, saying the angle is wrong and their guarantee only covers chipping and flaking. So basically, charged me an excessive amount to paint my roof and not fix the leaks as requested. During this time, the so-called supervisor sat around reading magazines the whole day, I had to point out issues with the work for him. They also suggested I redo a flat torch on roof because of bad workmanship, but which was not leaking at the time, obviously a scam. It was “redone” so badly by them they had to come back 5 times to repair it. Move on 5 months and the paint on the roof started flaking/chipping. Their reason is that it is fungus which they do not cover but maintained they power cleaned the roof before they painted it. So apparently within 5 months a “power cleaned” roof can grow so much fungus that paint starts chipping and flaking off. This has been used as an excuse on other clients as well. So, all that money spent with them and the paint is chipping off and the roof leaks had to be repaired by a different professional and competent roofing company. They also require a deposit before any guarantee claim will even be considered, then through their dishonest nature they refuse to refund it. Also claimed that lockdown conditions, completely different to the rest of the country, was applicable to them in June, and therefore prevented them from inspecting the roof. Further claims made by them of emails they never received and phoning me and I didn’t answer, not sure if they think this is still the 90’s, all these emails and supposed missed phone calls leave a trace. Beware the claim that they have been honouring guarantees for 26 years, firstly it indicates they get a lot of claims, and secondly, they don’t honour it at all. In summary, based on my experience and numerous other comments I have seen, Revamp It is utterly incompetent, arrogant and dishonest. If they by any chance reply to my complaint on Hello Peter, my above conclusion of them will be confirmed through their response. Just stay far away. Currently evaluating my legal and other direct and indirect options. Fortunately, tables do turn. The amount of comments placed, and being placed, on social media about Revamp It will most definitely affect their bottom line for years to come. If you have been done in by them, petition Home Makers magazine (Google them for contact details) to remove their adverti*****ts and help prevent other people from being taken advantage of.

REVAMP-IT This company is a disgrace. A year ago ( Oct 2019) I contacted this business requesting a quote for the waterproofing and coating of my home roof. The consultant (L D LEEUW) was very presentable (verbal / administrable ) with answers to all questions. Within the following week I contacted him and agreed to their business to proceed with the work. He sent (1st Nov 2019 ) me a contractual agreement which I completed and returned to him. We were contacted by (operations manager ?) who arranged with us the day that he would be available to start with the roof. Rework : Leaking Roof /Date: 13th Nov 2019 I noted that every time it rained that there was a dripping sound on the lounges ceiling. That’s when I decided to have a look inside the roof myself , there were two places on the pitch of the roof where rain water was leaking in. I managed to take photos and draw a rough sketch which I emailed to sales@revamp-it.co.za. (Later on I realized that this feedback was a waste of effort …because the (operation manager?) had not been informed. He phoned me and I had to explain what and where I had observed the leak before he commenced with the repair. Rework : Leaking Roof/Date 1st Sept 2020 On Sat 1st Sept during a good rain fall I noted my lounge floor and cabinet covered with water. After another trip in the ceiling I noted that two valleys on either end of the roof were leaking rain water . One of the valley ends were rusted through and leaking badly …. this was the cause of the rain water dripping into the lounge. I took photo’s /sketch and submitted sales@revamp-it.co.za of which no reply was received. Business Call : I phoned their office no PTA/JHB all linked to the same place ……when questioned if they had received my email their response was : We had a storm over the weekend and there is no electricity Our Computer is down cannot receive emails. Our meat is busy defrosting and we have to relocate it. Have I filled in a claim 6 month warrantee ? for previous work rendered (The current leak is not even on the same place/ 5yr leak guarantee? ) We don’t cover fiber glass insulation (I mentioned to her that the ceiling board dripping with water inside the roof below fiber glass insulation was muddy and wet) Our cell phones can’t send emails ..the batteries are flat and charger has a problem ( I asked her ..seeing that business Computer is down can she forward me a claim form via her cell phone ) I have now received ( 4th Wednesday) an email from this business (Revamp-it) stating that I must summit documents to them as proof that I am a customer to continue with my claim and that I am liable to pay R977.50 if defect not covered in guarantee. First of all the roof was not inspected properly while a work assessment was done by the consultant ( not my business / Money/legal doc amour) which would have prevented the current overlooked leak and damage at present. And secondly the overlooked inspection of the operations manager.(we hire a professional contractor ..only consultants) Now they want me to spend more cash ..(Revamp-it credit R35596.00)..this is not a solution to their incomplete work and who cares about more damage ( It’s you home not mine..) next customer thank you.. (sucker!) The SA market has its flavor of entrepreneur’s and so called legal registered businesses and us. The choice is yours so be careful…every name tells a different story.
