Great workplace if you're worth it.
Amazing workplace that has served me well since 2019. Work is rather dependent on who uploads it, so can't blame REV for that. Yes, they can be a bit harsh on the grades but if your overall is good, you'll recover from it. Problem is every so called "job" is somebody's file which they receive from which they will have an opinion of REV, therefore the need for extreme accuracy always. With the advent of AI work is waning and I foresee it won't be long before we will have to look elsewhere to find rent money. :'(

Worst site ever.
If I could give this site negative reviews... I would! I was busy working towards becoming a transcriptionist for the site and whilst I was busy contesting a result I got from a previous job... They just suspended my account! I've been trying to contact them but they don't respond... I'm extremely frustrated. The audio files provided to work on are extremely poor which makes the payout for the work not worth it, the ammount of jobs available were poor as well. I do feel like Rev should not be allowed to be online anymore.

Rev.com scam company
I’ve been doing transcription work for just a week for this company and received my first bad rating for a project after which they immediately closed my account. I think this is so unfair seeing that my ratings for all other work was high! I believe this company is a scam and should be reported and shut down for getting people to work for them for free then closing their accounts. I’m still supposed to receive a payment for the recent work I’ve just done, but I’m not sure if they will pay since they’ve closed my account?

Worst online working experience ever!
To be honest Rev. Com doesn't even deserve a single star. Only had a bad experience with them as a captioner you earn next to nothing for hours of typing at a speed which is near robotic and if your accuracy or grading drops slightly you will be immediately deactivated and won't be allowed to work for them again. The audio quality is often poor and most of it is generally too fast to comprehend. This company relies on free work which I've come to assume because most of the reviews of Rev are all negative repeating exactly what I have just said. They are scammsters do not apply for this.
