Purchased a pair of shoes on their online retail site over a month ago. Queried on their instagram and via email about not receiving delivery details after my online purchase. They said they were on it. Continued to follow up days later and have received no response or feedback since. Have not received the shoes I purchased till this day. I have since lodged a debit card ***** dispute complaint.
