Sneaker order

I placed an order of sneaker on line with this company called Revive RSA on the 25/02/2024, time was 16:42, size 8,Payment method was made via Ikhokha.Sneaker that I order is Air Jordan Retro 4 Black Cat.Amount paid is R1730.00 and order number 4969.Their delivery days is 3-6working days now its nearly 2weeks I have been waiting and I tried to call and watsbapp them on 067 803 8500 and also send an email to them using the email address they provided on the website riviveza@icloud.com still can't get hold of them.I would like them to deliver my order as they promised via website that they will deliver the order,delivery method is dropped at the gate.I provided address when I placed this order. I hope they running this business fairly.As I m not happy at all.
