Unprofessional and inconsiderate service

I have secured the place for my son to attend in 2020 early last year and have payed full amount in excess of R500.00 the tution fee for the 3D Animation and Visual Effect National certificate is R40000.00 for 1 year training which was suppose to start on the 17 Feb 2020 and I have paid in full R40500.00 last payment was done in Dec 2019, my son received a call from the college to inform him that they will not be accepting him as they have not reached the certain number of students that wanted to do the above mentioned course I have asked for my full refund and have supplied them with necessary documents and the phones are cut off their number is 0114940499 and the lady that I have been dealing with is Innocentia I am desperate looking for my money in order to pay another school so that my son will not seat at home after completing his matric please assist me???
