We have experienced the worst service from theft to trying to rip us off. We took our vehicle there in Febuary 27th 2025 for issues with the gear box firstly that vehicle had a full tank of diesel when we went to collect the vehicle in May there was no diesel left, when questioned they had no answer, firstly why was my vehicle living in verulem? who authorised you to use my car for own use? after fetching car in may the same problems where still there they said the gearbox was fine and they told me that now its the engine which was the issue, how can the engine be the problem when its the gearbox was the issue? why try convince me that to look at something which was never the problem. The vehicle has a tracker so I can see where it was moving an how you ruined this vehicle. Now they want me to buy a sensor which July was R4700 and all of sudden its R8000 and we in September. Imraan sent a quote which was for a Mercedes, we then informed him that the vehicle stated was incorrect he just changed the make which is crazy what ***** is being done there. why have they not fixed the issue? who gave them the right to use my vehicle for their own puporses without my consent. IMRAAN and Deon I want answers. stop shifting the blame and do your job!!!
