Compared account types

I did some math on their Account Types. The basic account has standard terms, but if you upgrade to higher levels, the fees get more interesting. I'm currently using the standard account, testing the withdrawal process. The first transfer arrived in about 15 minutes via ERC-20. We'll see how it goes.
