Reycreo deduction

I'm apparently subscribed to "Reycreo", WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

I received an sms yesterday at 8:54am telling me to recharge or the service will expire, I was confused by this because I am not subscribed to this thing and it was the first of me hearing. Today they deducted R9 from my account without even alerting me.

When dialing *136*5# to cancel the supposed subscription, I'm told I don't have a subscription.

Please fix this and reimburse me.
