RFK thatching and Rock pools
We approached RFK Thatching and rock pools to redo our pool pipes; service our pump; change the inlet sprayers and move our weir as we have a pressure problem when creepy is connected. This was done in November 2024. Some of the water had to be drained to work on weir etc. When the work was done we had to wait 2 days to wait for cement ect to dry before filling the pool. This was done. When the pool was filled the water was very dirty due to ongoing issues with the pump and creepy. We struggled as alot of tiles, cement and rocks was dropped into the pool by the workers. We noticed that we had the same issue. The creepy runs for 30 sec and stops. We contacted the company. They came and stated the problem is that the pool is to dirty. We have to vacuum it clean first. This was done. The pool is clear of their ******* dropped into the pool but the problem continues. When the creepy is connected it runs for a short while and stops. Air bubbles is pushed out from the outlet. We have to switch pump on and off to allow pressure to build up for the creepy to run for a few minutes. We have been asking them to come back. Appointment were made and not followed through. Left waiting for a no show. No communication from them When asking what happend? Just excuses but no follow up from them. We as the client have to follow up all the time. There is clearly a leak in one of the pipes they have replaced. I did go and read to see why we have exactly the same issue as before and I did mention it to them. Now nothing. We paid for a service but is not reaping the benefits from this. Why do we have to remind them constantly that we are still waiting.

BEWARE!!! RFK Projects **** ARTISTS
I used this company to put up fencing around my entire property In December 2022 costing over R120,000. Not even 2 months later parts of the fencing was coming down and my Clearvu is now totally collapsing. I have been trying since March to get them to come and fix their unbelievably atrocious work and every time it's another excuse why they can't come. It is now August 2023, and they still have not come out to fix anything and now they are not returning calls or answering or even reading messages. They are a bunch of shoddy **** artists, STAY CLEAR of them altogether or you will have the same problems, guaranteed. Their email address is rfkprojcts@gmail.com. Their address is 13 Station Road, Maitland, Cape Town, or so they say. I see their website no longer exists but they're still doing work.
