UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE
Barman give different prices for beers. Today prices not the same as yesterday and this is done by a barman that used to serve me but failed to notice that. You give out a tip but still charging you more thinking that you were drunk.

****phobic and rude staff with a manager
909!₩So I finished at 22h00 apt work so we decided to go to this place....Yhoooo what rude manager and staff, we got that helped their friends while we ordered first a 12 pack of Savanna with 2 black label draught then they only gave us 6 pack then we were asked to pay while we waiting. Shame on us we paid then next then while we waiting some girls came then called the barman chomie we her...Tjoo the guy forgot that we were there and assisted them. I kept on notifying the guy and said wait I will.sort you out....more than 30minutes.. I got irate then manager came to attend me but only to be told I'm too gay and too much.... I told him.bra that's not customer service and he said dude do you know who. He then walked away... I've worked in customer services industry more than 11 years never seen this disgrace...#StayAwayFromRhapsodyInSunnySide

Robbery inside shop
The place is not safe I was robbed inside the shop. Let me explain, I bought a takeaway and some ladies stole my bottle of wine in the bag I was using. I spoke to the manage he says it's not their problem. He also said the cameras don't work. When I asked him about the many people not wearing masks he said they were eating. Clearly they don't care about the safety of their customers at this place be aware.

Robbery inside shop
The place is not safe I was robbed inside the shop. Let me explain, I bought a takeaway and some ladies stole my bottle of wine in the bag I was using. Bad service
On a Tuesday nje, when jobs are so scarce people are not taking their jobs seriously. We were served by a not so friendly lady who brought us, wings that smelled off, we nicely pointed that out to her and her face changed. The manager was called and he apologized and gave us other wings. But the lady never apologized but instead gave us an attitude. I don't usually complain but this girl was not at all friendly shame.

Horrible ****tails and terrible service
They made the most horrible ****tail with no taste of alcohol whatsoever, when we complained about this our waiter went for more than 15 minutes and returned with no solution. We asked for the bar man to our table, instead of honoring our request, he asked us to come to him by the bar! The manager on duty is not the friendliest but atleast he took back our ****tails, later to return them with no difference. As a loyal customer to this branch, I am extremely disappointed!!!
