Leaking tent, with the so called Canvas name

I purchase canvas tent on the 11th of March it was delivered on the 14th of March. I was happy everything was fine until it rained on the 23th of March, then I realised that the tent its actually leaking and my staff is getting wet, like the water was getting inside my through the walls of the tent. I decided to take pictures and videos and sent them the company Rhino tuff explaining everything. The respond I got was “All the tents must be sealed with Beewax because its Canvas not PVC” then I said “why am I only hearing that now? and why is it not on your description so that clients can be aware of such?” Then she rep**** that I must that sealant and they wont refund me because 7 days has passed already. Then she said they will send other tent that has that sealant and I should wait for the courier guy to pick up the leaking one. Even now im still waiting for the guy to pick the tent and give me the proper tent. Communication is poor the lady who's answering call as receptionist shes so rude, she even told me that “im not the first person to purchase tent in the Army, they always deliver tents and they never had problem before”

Im not happy with the tent, im not happy with communication, im not happy with everything.

I feel like I was ****med, because I dont understand while would I buy the so called Canvas tent but it leaks like tents of Game or Makro. If knew I wouldnt bother my self. i regret everything. Im rating them 0,0000000000%
